Fantastic Day

Well the wife and kids had plans for this weekend so i came up to my seasonal site on Lake Livingston. I keep my boat in the marina at the campground so decided to do a little fishing.
Caught 2 really nice blue cats about 6-8 lbs each then big boy slammed my front pole and the fight was on. He measured 40 inches long and approx weight around 30 pounds. He was released to fight another day. The other two will be released to a hot pan of grease. Lol
Weather here in Texas is beautiful this weekend just out enjoying it.

Great catch! Here in Central Illinois, the big emphasis is on bass and crappie fishing. I like catching any kind that's biting and will put up a good fight.
