My "employer" in Alaska last summer affix a GoPro to the wing of his Super Piper and flew around. The video was amazing!!
I want one, also!!

You don't need to be into extreme sports to use one. They are strapped all over the heavy equipment on Gold Rush and Axe Men. I want to point one at my turbo on the truck to watch it glow while I'm towing. Tow-N-Glow!!

This is how I mostly use mine. I use it in the pool with the kids which has made some interesting videos.

Nice! Do the Go-Pro's have a mic for sound? Most of the vids I've seen are set to music. I want to do some with the ambient engine sounds, etc.. only mechanical music.

Mine has sound as well. I had the waterproof case on in the video due to the chance of rain. Also the wind noise gets pretty bad at...... speed.
