Great Dealer - Jack's Campers

Not sure where to post this, but wanted to comment on our dealer experience with Jack's Campers in Mitchell, SD.

Our experience started back in early November last year when we first looked at a 375 BHFS and several other models of both TTs and FWs. We spent hours on the lot looking at, sitting in, going through various units. Our salesman, Bob Polly, was more than patient with us, showing us units, talking with us about what we wanted and letting us look at our pace. We returned a couple of weeks later with all the kids in tow and spent another good chunk of time in the 375 and others to be sure we would all be comfortable and it was what we wanted. We ordered it the end of November and requested an April delivery.

Bob and everyone we dealt with there was great. From the first time looking to picking it up, everyone took all the time we wanted, no one tried to rush us even when it was past closing time. They did extra little things such as install the EMS, install an outlet on the fridge wall by the stove, moved the living room TV up, etc. all as part of the deal. From reading on here we found out the range a price should be in and we feel we received a fair deal. Based on our experience we would go there again and highly recommend them.

Agree 100% we got ours at Jacks in Mitchell. Nothing but great service all the way from start to finish.
