You left out some options- none, and not sure. I have two.

Four. However, they are growing up too fast. One is on his own, two others are in college, so their time will be coming before I know it. The last is in high school. We purchased a trailer that could sleep six to make sure they could all camp together, but the next unit will be smaller, no more than 23', and no bunks.

I remember my mother telling me when my children were little that "they grow up so fast." That hit home about six months ago, when my first born became a father himself. I can give you an almost minute-by-minute description of the day he was born. It seems like it was just the other day and here we are 25 years later...

Anyway, wife and I now have a combined family of seven children and 11 grandchildren.

Someone told me: "Kids. The nights are long, but the years are short."

True.

Two, but if you ask DW she'll probably say three.

I have none, but the DW has 2 girls. For all intents and purposes, since 1978 they are mine.

I have 4 - 28, 22, and 16 year old daughters and a 20 year old son. All born in the month of February.

So, I won't even shake my wife's hand in May...

We've got one daughter, and we are very proud of her. She finished at the top of the honor's college at the university she attended with a degree in math. She then got a master's in actuarial math at UT-Austin. She is now working her way up the ladder of a global corporation as an actuarial analyst. She started that job a little over a year ago with a starting salary higher than mine. She got married this summer to a fellow math major she met at school. We approve of him. She will be 26 in December.

Just one for now. The decision is on the table as to whether he's getting a sibling. I think having a sibling is a valuable part of learning about life. My older brother has been an important part of my life but her sibling isn't much to talk about, so I can understand her trepidation. OTOH, our little family is great right now just the way it is. I DO miss those father/son naps when he was an infant though...

If we do, the next one will be the last. We're a 2-kid max type family.

Perhaps something to do with the start of camping season? If the camper is a rockin', don't come a knockin'...
