First for 6 years, swore I'd never do it again (mother told me to never swear!) 12 years of McDonalds and pizza, then met my soul mate. 21 years of bliss. P.S. still eat pizza.

First time I saw my future wife she was working at a Burger King during HS. I looked at her and said, "I'm going to marry her". I met her a few months later, we started dating and after a time out while I was in VN we married. That was 49 years ago.. Known her for 53. 9 times ...yikes...never heard of dating ?

Will be married 25 years in May. Together 32 years. She loves camping with me, I do all of my guy things and she never complains or gives me a hard time. People ask her why she doesn't ride with me on my motorcycle, she always says, that's his guy time. When I show people this picture of her with our 19 and 17 yr old boys, they ask if she's their sister. I would not have things any other way!

wags999, congrats on the 49 years. Kitty and I had our 47th this week. Can't imagine a world without her in it. When I look at her is still see that 16 year old crossing the street at a red light as I waited for the light to change to green. Didn't actually meet her until several months later. The girl that was with her on that day was the daughter of an old family friend. I used the connections to meet her.

Married at 19, kind of had to, lasted 7 years and 2 kids.
2nd marriage is almost 31 years now.

Once. 24 years in May - we started late, me 46, her 35 on our wedding day. In March we celebrate the 25th anniversary of our first date.
