They probably used one of those receivers that everyone welds under their rear bumper to install bike racks on. A chunk of 2 x 2 square stock and a ball coupler from TSC and your good to go.

Or maybe they might just have the wieght distribution just a little off.

Interesting, but I was unable to see a license plate on either front or rear of that fiver.

lol, reminds me of the time I seen the opposite....Gooseneck adapter and homemade loooong extension to hook a fifth wheel to the bumper hitch lol.

I've seen 5th's turned into a normal hitch tow trailer, framed with steel and the space was used for a quad.
