I dont think that I would as long as you know power wont go out for a extended period of time but where I live with winter storms we loose power every winter. so I would have to winterize mine just in case.
I used to store my TT underground in a limestone mine where the temperature was 52F year 'round. However, I always winterized it just in case the temps would fall below freezing before I got it stored or after I removed it in the spring. You never know about the weather (It's been known to snow in May in Pennsylvania) and it's better to be safe than sorry. A question for you: What's the chance that the heat could fail where you're storing it? Again, better to be safe than sorry here. If you do it yourself, other than your time, the cost of winterizing is minimal. Your location shows Wisconsin, which can be a lot colder than Pennsylvania.

Good point about the heat failing. It does get reeeallly cold here. The place I'm considering said I wouldn't "have" to get it winterized. They keep it at 50 and if the heat fails an alarm notifies the owners and they'd have it fixed immediately. Well... these fixes, even immediately, can take awhile and at 20 below, a few hours can make a big difference.
After some more consideration I'll be safe rather than sorry and winterize it. Thanks for the quick replies.

...and, if you combine that heat outage with a paralyzing 15 inch snowstorm at 20 below, "immediately" could be a considerable length of time.

If the owners guarantee it will not freeze in writing I would still winterize just to avoid any hassles.
