From what I've read Jayco is doing pretty good. Bought my first Jayco in early 2014 and had no issues. Sold that to a family member who has also had no issues. Bought a little bigger Jayco this past April and it has had no issues either. Very happy camper here.

I am completely satisfied with my Jayco but what many folks don't realize is businesses pay a monthly fee to be a BBB accredited business. They do have to meet some minimum standards to maintain the status, but it's still a paid for certification.

I wonder how many dealers have poor ratings or complaints as a result of the actions of Jayco.

IOW, I don't know if I'd think to file the complaint against Jayco when my dealer is who I work with.

This is an excellent point. How many folks file complaints against GM, Chrysler or Ford as opposed to the actual dealer who is the one they are dealing with...

That is true for all third party approvals. UL will not put a mark on a product until the check clears. But, that is the way it works and it says nothing in a negative sense concerning the value of the rating.
