Thought I would share a link to some picture I took at Ink Lake State Park. Hope this works ok. It provides some descriptions of several spaces.

Three fresh coats of epoxy paint on the C-hawk floor. It needed it.

GLACIER NATIONAL PARK

Since we live here in Montana Glacier is a National Park that we visit with some routine, and we camp inside that park at least once per year. This place is gorgeous and if you have opportunity to get here, I highly recommend doing a Gear Jammer, Red Bus tour. Very fun!

Hey 'grayco', the CG you camped at looks similar to where I camped at a few years ago (Fairy Stone SP, VA.):

Hey Bob not far from it! I was at Hanging Rock SP in Danbury, NC

Have you ( or anyone else here ) stayed at Douthat SP near Clifton Forge VA.

I do a lot of Moto-camping and I stay at Douthat at least 3 times a year.

I was just looking at making plans for Clifton Forge and Douthat SP in July this past weekend. Any sites or or loops better than others?

Depends on what you need. A- loop Lakeside is awesome... just remember they are standard sites ( a little tight ) with no W/E. The only draw back to A -loop is the bath house is in desperate need of replacement.

D-loop Wispering Pines is new and big...lots of room with W/E
but far from the park and not much shade.

Sorry I can't be of more help. When Moto-camping I just need a place to sleep so many details are overlooked.
