Making your RV more Homie

We have had our White Hawk for two years, gone on a 90 day trip from Florida to Maine and back. We seem to have a problem with storing items, like books, pictures, mirror's, cell phones, computers, just stuff. My wife want's it more Homie and not cluttered or just thrown down. Looking for ideas, pictures of how YOU ALL put your stuff away, she is on Pintrest, but it is not aimed for RV's.

we decided to put a ottoman in ours for the couch so you could throw your feet up or use it for eating on when not at the table ... we kept it to 18 by 36 inches so it wasnt too heavy but it gives us storage for thos things you mention when we get ready to pack up .. it cost 59 dollars at miiers online free delivery to store ... just a thought

We have rubber maid containers under the bed. I think there are about nine of them. We put dvds, books, extra bedding, clothes, etc. I am a neat freak to.

We also use an ottoman in our 28U which has a similar layout to the 27dsrl

Our Jayco has lots of storage containers of various sizes. There seems to be a place for everything. We have also added key hangers in the hall way and bed room.

My suggestions.... 1) designate a "junk room" or area in the camper. For us, we curtain off one of the bunks where we can throw our duffle bags, purchases and misc items. That way the TT living space is kept neater and the cluttered area is kept out of view 2) we use stackable clear or vented bins in the cupboards. 3) hang art, mirrors and pictures with velcro tape...they stay put and can be easily changed out without damaging walls and cabinets.

Good Luck...
