My Little Joke....

So last September my parents bought the first TT, the x17Z. Everyone in the family got to use it this past summer and we all love it. We love it so much that my brother bought the 28dsbh this past September so now we have 2 in the family.

Anyway, with Christmas coming up I was at my parents house on Saturday when they showed me what they got my brother. It turns out that my Dad purchased a wood burning kit and was in the process of making a sign for my brother's camper.

Then last night my brother stopped by my house and told me that he went and ordered a custom wood sign for my parents camper.

So when Christmas comes they are both giving each other wood signs for their respective campers. If only they knew. It's my little secret for the next week.

Maybe if you tell them you had a sign made for yourself then perhaps they might buy you a TT to put behind your sign. Kind of like buying a beautiful painting to hang above your fireplace, then buying a house with a fireplace to hang the painting in. Happy Camping!!

Now that's a good idea. Do you think if I hung out a sign "My new truck", there would be a new Ford parked in the garage on Christmas morning ? The color wouldn't really matter . . . . . . .

I'm not sure, Tinlizzie, but I married into the Ford Motor Company A-Plan and I haven't seen a new Ford parked in my garage as a surprise...yet. I still believe it can and may happen, but it'll probably happen when my daughters get their driver's licenses. I can see it now....I come home from work one morning, and there, parked in MY spot in the garage......... Happy Camping!!

Just found out that my brother also got one for himself to give to his wife. That kind of upset me because he has no idea that our Dad is making one for them. Oh well, what can you do. I had no idea that any of these signs were being made or bought until after they were started so there was nothing I could say or do.

LOL, we have a rule never to buy ourselves anything before Christmas. In your brother’s case, I guess he did not buy it for himself.
