NO SHOCK ZONE Website with helpful tools

I have enjoyed and benefited from the work Mike Sokol has put into his website. Considering the alarming percentage of campers that experience electric shock at some point - I highly recommend his site to everyone for the sake of your families safety....(or to help that newbie-neighbor )

Here's the link if you haven't saved it or visited already.

I may be one of the few - but I carry a small voltmeter and like to test any power source I'm plugging my rig into. I don't want my vacation over before it gets started. And because I'm absentminded......I decided to borrow some resources from NOSHOCKZONE.ORG and keep them on hand....

Following (and hopefully attached) is a 50A 30A 15A wiring / test card template I made up in wallet size and larger (for storage in the TT)....

Be safe and smart with electric.

I use their very nicely layed out pictorial drawings all the time explaining and testing our RV connections...

It seems to be successful one must incorporate many PLAN Bs especially when camping off the power grid...

Welcome to the club

This is a great idea for a wallet card cheat sheet for campsite pedestal measurements. So good, in fact, that I'll make an official NSZ version and post it on www.NoShockZone.org later this week. I have all these voltage diagrams stuck in my head from 40+ years of electrical measurements, so I sometimes forget that consumers could use a cheat sheet to keep with their meters for campground pedestal testing. I'll post the link here where it's online.

Thanks, Mike....I know my "NSZ" cheat cards have come in handy this camping season. My brain stopped absorbing new information 5 years ago....

FYI: Here's my latest video about how to test a generator for an unbonded (floating) neutral, and using a G-N bonding plug to bond the neutral. I'm working on a new series of videos and will keep you all posted
