We are having to run the AC for a few hours today. It should cool down this weekend.

Still waiting... we've had the AC on at the house for the past two days. It's been in the high 70s with the humidity right up there. Usually this time of year, it's just perfect outside. Maybe next week....

We went into Algadones today. On the way out the line was nearly two blocks long and there was only one person checking people out. Several other border patroll people were just standing around talking. GRRRR. On our way home there is a check point about 30 miles North of Yuma. I counted six border patroll vehicles and saw just one person checking the traffic. Apparently our tax dollars are being well spent.

The rain has stopped and the wind is nearly gone for now. Some of us in the park went for a little quad ride today. 80 miles in the desert after a rain is a lot of fun. Almost no dust.

Just had a thought. I think. Thinking about price of gas, and tow vehicles, and the future.

Does anyone make a hard-wall pop-up designed for only 2 people? Comfortable amenities, and carry a tent for the good weather when grandchild may show up for a visit.

Should have just enough clearance for mild off-roading to a boondocking site.

Electric assist for a clamshell half top would be nice. No dinette, use tv tables inside or just eat outside in a screen tent.

Kayak rack on the hard roof top x2.

Just wondering out loud?

I was thinking maybe a new Pinnacle fiver would be more appropriate, courtesy of the members of JOF. The NW, mods, and admin could chip in and get me a new Duramax TV.

I cleaned up all the polls and nambarc has been charged with poll tampering, embezzelment, book cooking, and insider trading. Don`t know if he will be allowed back in the country or not.

Namby, I'm with you on that.
You were in Asia, how could these unfounded charges be levied against you?
