I only wish I could go this weekend. We had thought about doing one but just too much going on. Little league practice, Scouts, work, bee keeping classes for DW (?), moving oldest DS out. Just another ho hum weekend. Our first trip will be weekend of April 1, close by home, 50 miles . That must be a Mississipi mud crab ya got there. Have fun and don`t do anything that might end up in the "Boneheaded RV moments" thread! -Lee

By the way, nice looking TT you got there behind the TV.

Me and my crab are headed to Hot Springs Arkansas - never been, should be fun! Have a lake side reservation at Lake Catherine until Wednesday then we will decide where to go after that. Prob head home the following Saturday.

Weather will be in the upper 60s to low 70s with lows in the mid 40s. Only medium chance of rain early in the week. Should be a fantastic spring break with the kid-os...

Well we made it safe and sound. Wow the roads were busy...lots of 18 wheelers today and Arkansas roads are terrible! We were a little heavier than normal so it was not quite as enjoyable but not too bad. Makes me glad I didn't go heavier on my tt!

This park is very nice. New pads and hookups this year. Already did a trail and some geocaches, all well maintained.

Where is the crab? Maybe he will show up later

Time to start the fire and dinner!

Nice spot! Try a baiting up a crabpot in that lake, who knows maybe you`ll get lucky!

Now this is what it's all about! The kids love to geocache and this park is loaded with them. Mine are the two to the left.

Nice campground picture! I wish I could look out my window and see something other than three feet of snow in the yard......

Yup, since November we've had just shy of 6 feet of snow.......
Temperature today reached a high of about 40 F, so there's hope yet to be able to see the ground.

But if you want to see snow, take a trip to the Keweenaw peninsula of Upper Michigan. Been there a few times, really nice. Their snowfall in a season runs 15 to 20 feet, with the record being 32 feet in 1977. Snowmobiles are as plentiful as cars. Summer time is nice there too, and easier to get around.

I have to keep my crab warm and dry you know......
