Reset the Body Clock-Go Camping!

Interesting article on camping and our body clock..., but you may have to pull the tent out:

Saw that article on Google news. Very interesting. Will have to see about getting the DW's clock reset. I already get up for work at 4:30 AM, and go to bed around 9:30, but she likes to stay up and quilt until the wee hours. But then again, with retirement just around the corner, maybe it's MY clock that needs resetting.
