So what did you get for Christmas? Or your holiday?

I got the Tire Minder Smart TPMS that links up to your phone to monitor tires on the 5er. If only I had it back from the dealer, I'd be installing and testing.

Also got a dash camera to record the fools that like to cut over in front of us when towing! It's already installed.

Merry Christmas ya'll!

Santa came early in the form of 4 new e-rated radials for the trailer. Today though, I got my Valterra clear 45* for the sewer hose to replace the Camco one that always leaked a little. Also got some walleye fish string lights for the awning!

I got a 220# electric winch to mount in my garage to help put the 5th wheel hitch and generator in and out of my truck bed.
DW got a thermometer for the fridge and one of the screen door bars.

We got other stuff but the RV gifts are the best!

I got two 120 watt semi-flexible solar panels.
Very light and I will use them as portables.
Has anyone built a pvc frame for semi-flexible solar panels? One where the panels can be attached and detached for storage.
I've got some ideas, but would like to see what worked well for others.

I asked for all RV stuff this year to go with our new Seneca 37FS. I got a 3 trumpet air horn and the PPV to go with it, heat shield window covers for the cab, and my wife will order tomorrow, the center console that every Seneca should come with. Very pleased.

'Santa' brought us a Camco Little Red Campfire. Should get plenty of use since there are always fire restrictions here in California, especially in the summer.

A riser for the toilet. The DW and I are both 6 footers and that was a low toilet before now. Can't wait until we get to use it.

Lots of little things this year, a couple of flashlights/lanterns, 2 new inflatable Luci solar lights (love these guys!), some storage and decor items. Most of the stuff I want never made it my wish list. I'm the only camping male in the extended family, no one would understand half the stuff on the list this year! If I put TPMS on my list, I'd probably get a bottle of Midol...

DW and I got to spend a wonderful day with both our sons, both DILs, and all 4 grandkids.

Lots of laughs, hugs, and photos, but also kind of bittersweet as it may be the last time all of us are in the same state. Both sons have promotions and plans in the works to move to different states the mid-west in the next 6 months or so. Great news. The DW and I are happy for them, but ...

But as I told my DW, in the past our focus was traveling to see places and things. In the future, our travels will focus on visiting family and friends.

Portable induction cooktop and a French press coffee pot...two great additions to our camping enjoyment!
