Thanks to everyone here.

Just a few years back I was a total newbie and felt nearly overwelmed by the whole camper owner thing. I found this forum and have used it for guidance and advice many times. Folks here helped me through some minor maintence issues and gave me some great advice. I still have lots to learn. This past week I was able to pay it forward. A young couple set up camp next to us. They had 2 little ones. They got to talking w/me and told me they were 1st timers w/ a new little trailer. They had tons of questions about how things worked and I was actually able to answer all questions and pass on advice. It felt good to help. Thanks to everyone here. What you shared w/me I was able to share w/them.

Good for you Mike, it was the right thing to do. I think helping others is part of your DNA. Oh, and I like the new truck too...

Good Karma always comes back around! I have not been able to help others with advise yet but I completely second the first part of your post. We're also newbies and the folks on this forum have saved me from learning a lot of things the hard way! Made a post last week from Gulf state park Alabama stating as much!

That's a great way to help a newbie learn the camping basics. I know they appreciated your kindness. Way to go.
