Thetford Smart Tote Dump Station Adapter.....

The Smart Tote comes with an integrated hose with bayonet fitting end. While that's convenient for connecting to the TT, it's not the best fitting to have at the dump station stink hole....

I found this clear Camco 90 degree fitting ($6) with male and female connections. I cut off the male bayonet tabs for the dump station drain end and now.....

- my hose lays flat for better tote draining at the dump station

- I'm not spilling waste all over the dump station

- If I'm so inclined (gulp) - I can watch the draining and rinse process to make sure the tank is clear....

Hey, with that clear fitting even a trip with the blue tote can be entertaining.

Why do so many people get their $h*t in a knot over watching the tank empty?.. It does let you know if the treatment you use actually works..
