Now all one would need is a MH that floats to tow it:

The one pic really looks like Lake Havasu at Spring Break.

What a great idea. "Island hopping" takes on a new meaning. Compared to other amphibious cars from the past, Watercar appears useful in all modes. At $135K I can't own one, but if they become popular the price will come down.

Yesterday we went from our CG to a beach on a different island. In a straight line over the water we would have travelled 6 miles, but it took 40 highway miles to get there. A Watercar would have been perfect for us.

What is the mpg on that rig? Are they nautical or road miles? And is there a sail option for increasing mpg?
