Moved the trailer to a new storage lot as old one had to close. A pain to have to hitch and unhitch within a 10 km range but I did spend some "quality" time practicing my backing up.

I just finished my first cup in my Designer. I think it is about time for a second one.

Moved back in our home. We have been camped for 3 weeks out back waiting on our floors to be refinished.

Drove her home from the CG and gave her a good bath to wash off the pollen - it looked like it was inches thick. Also drained the water tank and heater as it will be a couple of weeks before we head out again.

chent, I like your slogan of "Aspiring Off-Gridders" because you certainly are. Your photos make me want to dive in. Hopefully some day I will. Thanks for the post & pics.
If you don't mind me asking, how much did that set-up cost? If you'd rather not say, I understand.

Recently switched from an older Reese hitch w/sway bar system to the Equalizer 4 10,000lb hitch system. .. love the new hitch system. Upgraded to the Prodigy P2 brake controller and used it for the first time Memorial Day weekend. Wow, what a difference in braking over my old brake controller. Also replaced the shower head that came with this fairly new TT to a new shower head that you can turn off at the shower head.

Fine-tuned the hitch (the dealer set it a wee bit high in the nose) and finally got across the scales with almost everything packed (minus the food/cold items). Had to put 50-60 miles on it to properly test the tweaks of course... Much improved and ready to head to the coast for a few days....

Ran the wire and installed the shunt for our battery monitor. Cable was a bit short so we had to manufacture an extension. Next time we'll run the final four feet and mount the actual guage.

As soon as it gets to a decent hour I will turn off shore power and fire up my trusty Onan for it's monthly exercise - 1 hour under load. Then it can snooze for the next 30 days until the next exercise.

Storage check. Lots of rain lately, but she's still snug as a bug! Gonna go bring her home next weekend!

Recaulked all of the tub and shower surround. Inspected under tub to see where water is coming from a possible leak. Ran water but could not duplicate the problem. Hoping it was the caulking. Took apart and inspected the tv\cable antenna amplifier after it got hot last time out. Could not find anything wrong with it as well. Think it was the campground. Found the fridge closed and also Found a lot of mold inside...Cleaned! Lesson learned prop the door open! Filled water tank in preparation of dry camping Wednesday night. Changed porch light bulb. Cleaned everything and made the beds. It was a busy day.

In addition to running the generator yesterday for it's usual monthly run I switched both the Norcold and water heater to propane for a few hours to make sure that option was still working. I ran a load of laundry while the water heater was on propane to make sure it was actually heating.
Now for my second morning cup of coffee.

Gave up on using it this month. I lost my window due to weather. So I unpacked the food and put it in the backyard. It looks so lonely.

washed and waxed it seems to get bigger when you wax it but looks nice when you are done.
