We know the lot owner personally, and he'd call us if anything happened, but it's still nice to check things out and make sure it's all good. And put a little water in the toilet to keep the seal wet.

I certainly hope you don't find any damage. Having just gone through a major roof issue it isn't fun. Good luck!

Replaced the main room TV with a 32", the largest I could install in the same area. Modified the existing bracket and will use the 26" outside.

Packed to leave in the AM. Electrician separated the 30amp circuit it plugs into at rest, from wife's studio, she now has her own power source. No more tripped breakers.

Not many folks would loan their rigs to family much less neighbors. I sure wouldn't loan mine out to anyone. You're a better man than me

I miss NM, my birthplace. I am hesitant to ask you where you are going. I would just get jealous and that is not very appealing!! LOL

Installed 2 new deep cycle batteries. Also put locktite on one nut on the WD hitch that kept backing off. Then put red nail polish on it to mark so any movement is obvious.

If you're going with Maxxis, keep an eye out on Discount Tire's Ebay site. They have various sales throughout the year that usually amount to "buy 3, get one free". Sometimes it's called that, sometimes it's "$100 off purchase of 4" which amounts to about the same thing.

I was not in a hurry to get mine replaced, so I could afford to wait for the deal to come up again and took advantage of it.
