Got out the ladder and check the sealant around most of the roof. The awning was out, and I was too lazy to reel it in, so I'll check that part later. So far, so good.

Put the batteries and propane tanks back in her. Going to move her from her winter parking spot (much more sheltered) to the side of the driveway we keep her in during the season this afternoon. It will be a few weeks before we can use her, but at least we'll be able to open her up again

Pulled out the broken slide unit for repair and put the battery on charge. Camping season can't get here soon enough.

Jacked her up one wheels at a time and checked wheel bearings. Adjusted brakes and she is good to go for another season out in the bushes.
Come on spring!! We be waiting.
Happy Camping

New propane tank regulator/changeover valve married in the mail today. Now I have a weekend project, as it is supposed to rain the rest of the week.

Put Mop n Glo on my foam wood grain flooring. Into its 2nd year and still looks great. We didn't like that cold vinyl flooring so I laid this over it and it accepts the heat of the room. We don't wear shoes in the trailer in the evening.

Replaced the original bed lifts with ones rated 150 lbs. lift each. when I replaced the original mattress with a new regular queen mattress I could NOT budge it. After the new struts, I can lift it with ease. Stored our zero gravity chairs in the now available under bed storage. Happy, happy, happy.

As luck would have it right in the middle of the hardest rain yet my black tank burped and we all know what that means. So as soon as the rain let up a little I had to dump.

The life of a full timer when hosting on a non-full hookup site. But when it is cold and I'm pulling 40+ amps of free electricity to keep my back side warm, Life Is Good.

Picked it up from the dealer today after a wheel bearing repack and brake inspection/adjustment. Now to get it loaded up so I can re-scale it before taking off for the first trip of the season. Added a second battery last month and re-adjusted how some permanent items were stored so need the updated scale ticket to verify everything still looks good.

Weather cooperated enough that I was able to switch out the propane changeover valve that failed over the winter.

Touched up the vertical seals (under the metal trim pieces) on the front end of my TT with Geocell Pro Flex sealant. Last fall I had to pull both sides of the trim strips loose in order to reattach the lower section of aluminum skin, which had for some reason blown loose while traveling in 105 degree weather. I think it must have expanded, causing it to separate.

Next I removed the excess butyl putty that had squeezed out around all the windows I removed and resealed last year.

And then, I took a well deserved nap!

Yep Crabman. It's been a few years since I've slept in a stick and brick house! I'm planning my trip back up to Seattle now. Getting too hot here in AZ - around 85 degrees for the next week.

I'm going to mosey on up to Moab, Utah pretty soon and stay there for a month or so. By mid to late April, the weather should be starting to get tolerable up in the Great Northwest.

I haven't been in mine for about 1-2 months. It's been sitting outside the house.
One of these days I'll check the propane and such. Battery has been turned off so I'll switch that on. Been 60-70 here so it's almost time to get out. Linens are all washed and ready to go.
Planning a trip here soon. I hope to go out for a weekend every other one with the family. We will see.

Picked it up from the dealer after having some warranty - and a little extra - work done. All the warranty stuff was done well, and what we think is the best, we had the dealer install a new power cord. This one unplugs from the unit, rather than needing to be fed back into its den, and it will save us half an hour when we get ready to leave. :-D Next up: a thorough cleaning before we head out for the first trip of this calendar year.

Got mine from the shop where hail damage was repaired. Had them leave off the decals on the rear and replace the analog hvac thermostat for a digital one. Replaced the skylight over the shower and combed out the fins on the ac coils. Now, I've got a couple of weeks to check out the propane tanks, tires, get ready to de-winterize and get it ready for some camping, LORD willing.

I'm sitting here in my 5'er drinking my usual morning cup or two, but this morning is a little different. I'm watching my twin grandchildren sleeping on my queen airbed. Grandchildren are great, unfortunately they have to leave today after a weekend visit with my daughter and son-in-law. They are in a motor home on the next site, but the grandchildren always want to "come for a sleepover".

Looked at a picture of it back on the storage lot after the neighbours borrowed it to try RV'ing. They took better care of it than I do!

DW says they are 'campers now".
