Began taking apart the electric jack (to troubleshoot why the lights aren't burning) and boogered the heads on some of the screws. Headed to get some replacements as I didn't have any that size laying around.

Recharged battery with solar panel. We do this every couple weeks.

Though a bit chilly out, I installed a Camco screen door cross bar and screen door opener. Came out good, probably could have made the opener after seeing what it was, but it was only $5 and it works.

What would you make it with? I've been contemplating an opener myself. The ones I've seen look like a toilet handle.

Unloaded the TH, washed it; and backed it under the RV cover, after returning home from our first camping trip of this year. Was a beautiful weekend, but ended way too quickly.

Well, here it is: http://www.amazon.com/Camco-43953-Sc...gy_auto_text_y

It is not much more than a grommet and a plastic stick with a handle. Coming up with something with the flat handle may be tricky, but you don't really need it. You could get a grommet and a wooden dowel that fits snugly and accomplish about the same thing. That's just my early morning, barely awake idea

I've seen someone make it with a toilet flush handle, but for $5 this look way nicer, and doesn't feel like your flushing the toilet every time you open the door.
