I purchased a new mini Kerig Coffee maker, an Induction burner for cooking outside when we do not want to use the grill and two Anderson Waterhog Fashion mats/rugs for inside both doors. These are great for catching sand, dirt and water coming into the camper. The induction burner was a great deal - $70 and came with a frying pan and pot. Plus I can use my cast iron on it.

Well technically nothing to our TT since it hasn't been built yet, but I capped our new parking pad with creek gravel from our property. Been working on this pad for 3 weeks now. I've got water ran down to the site, still have to run a 30-amp circuit, install a sanitary lift station and build a car port....but at least we will have a place to park it when it arrives .

I installed the ShurFlo water pump silencing kit, along with additional sound dampening rubber under the pump mount. They should call it a water pump "quieting" kit. It's definitely much quieter but not silent. Probably going to add a holding tank next.

Been busy - replaced my propane regulator because it wouldn't go "Red" when a tank was empty. Added screen covers to my furnace, water heater and fridge vents and added a light switch just inside my front door but out of the command center box. I was tired of having to pull open the box and feel for the right switch in the dark.

Finished unpacking it after a week in southern Utah, then washed it outside and did a quick roof inspection. We had quite a mix of weather this trip including torrential rains, high winds and a tiny bit of hail. No apparent damage but I will take a closer look when I have more time. Still need to scrub it down good inside as I ran out of time to do that today.

Replaced my ridiculously bright LED awning lights with a dimmable set. The new ones are also color changing which fulfilled a request from the DW. Fortunately they do have a white setting as I'm not a huge fan of the whole color changing thing.

Added an LCD light strip to the outside which gets it;s power from the outdoor light fixture (which IMHO was worthless).

Unloaded, cleaned towels and linens, gave her a much needed bath. Probably will go back to storage tonight or tomorrow.

Moved my dump valves forward and up. Valves kept scraping my driveway when I backed in. I had room to move everything up and forward and still be the low point.

Washed it!

Washed it, repaired the screen door and installed Door handle on screen door, installed screens over heater, water heater and fridge vents, no more wasps in my place.

Arrived back at my home base from 5 months at a host position in Florida. My shore power is always on, but when I hooked up I had no power in the rig. On checking my PT50C I found low voltage on both legs so no power was being passed. I called the power company and it seems with this meter not having been turned on for 5 months it apparently went to sleep. The power company person contacted the meter via computer and it came back to life. They had no explanation why it was passing low voltage only or why it went to sleep, but all is well again.

It was time to run the Onan which I do the first of every month, so I just used this situation as an opportunity to run it with the a/c on.

Things are now back to normal.

Fixe a minor annoyance.

The post between the propane tanks unscrews as much as the wingnut at the top.

NOT ANY MORE!!!

I installed a locknut (1/2"-13) on the thread at the bottom of the post.

Now the wingnut can be loosened and tightened as much as is needed to remove and install the tanks without the post becoming unscrewed.

Just returned from a weekend trip and started to unload for the winter. Low temperatures in the 30s this coming week. Will winterize soon.
