Just purchased new tires for the 5er! I went with the Sailun Load Range G's for my 377. I know several of you have purchased these for the 377 and have reported good results. Also picked it up from the dealership today. Everything has been fixed except the supports on the kitchen slide...just waiting on the parts to come in, but we had a trip scheduled this weekend. So we decided to go and have them call us when the parts arrive.
Happy Camping!

Forgot to say that I'm replacing tires because the front curb side tire has a "strange" bald spot. See pic. None of the other tires have this problem??

Ordered MCD day/night shades for the bedroom. The pleated shades let in too much light for me. Also order one for the kitchen as the mini blinds are broken.

I looked at the Sailun website, and all I saw was car, light truck, and commercial truck options. Which tire did you go with?

Ordered an ADCO cover to keep the rain off this winter and hopefully keep the TT looking good. Pick it up Friday.

Sadly, bought my winter cover - but on a positive note swapped all my tires out for a brand new set of Maxxis just to be safe...

Had the dealer mount a Furrion Rear Observation Camera on the Pinnacle 36 KPTS. The Pinnacle was prewired so installation was a piece of cake. Now I can see what's behind me as we go down the road. Should make lane changes and passing less stressful. We'll see if it also helps when backing into a site although that is not the primary reason for the purchase.

Picking up from the shop. Had a SealTech test done and they found a handful of minor leaks. Always good to put her away for the winter knowing that she's watertight. Also had the bearing/brake maintenance done, and, what the heck, they had a special on winterizing, so I had them do that too. First time in years I haven't done my own, although I will probably splash some AF into the traps or anywhere else I think they might have missed...

Just received a new switch for the power cord reel. The original one never worked, it was intermittent and most of the time I had to reel up by hand. I could have replaced in under warranty but the fuel required to bring it to the dealer was not worth the price of the switch so I purchased it from Jayco through the dealer and will install it as soon as I have a day without a hurricane.

Washed, cleaned, and winterized after spending last week at Wellesley Island State Park in upstate New York...beautiful. Also repaired one of the bedroom sliding doors, which was binding and driving DW crazy.

Tomorrow it'll be covered and we'll see her again next spring!

I finished cutting up my old RVQuick Shade from the front windshield of our former motorhome to put behind the pleated shades in the living room/dining section of the camper. It works just like a day solar shade when the pleated blinds are up and cuts down on the heat. I order another smaller one to finish the project.

My Dimplex electric fireplace quit heating this morning after heating fine for a few minutes. It did this 3-4 years ago sooooo.....I unplugged it, removed it from the cabinet, took the top off to expose the heating unit. I then removed the heating unit and took it outside and blew it out with compressed air as well as vacuum out the inside of the air ducts. It now works fine again and is all ready for winter.

There is a great doc on the Dimplex web site on how to do it which I d/l the last time. It is not complicated or hard, but it does help to know what to expect vs just jumping in and taking out screws. The only tool was a #2 phillips screw driver and a cup of coffee.
