Replaced the cheap junk "brackets" that hold the couch in place. One had screws that had pulled out of the couch and the other had broken altogether. We no longer have a rocking couch

Finally ordered a digital thermostat... Mostly because I'm tired of the temp swing and sounds like the digital one will tighten the swing up.

Current analog is 7330F3858

Ordered 8330-3862

For some reason my battery drained so I took it to O'Reiley Auto parts and had them recharge it. Fingers crossed it keeps the charge.

Topped off the tires with air, took the TT down to get the state inspection done first thing this morning. Then installed the LevelMate Pro and then dewinterized and sanitized the water system. Now just need to start getting it loaded up and ready for our first trip of the season next weekend.

Finally was able to finish up the re-sealing around the front window as the new glazing came in at the dealer. There was still a bit of water behind the old glazing when I pulled it off so I dried it out good and added some Silicone II to fill in some of the gaps before putting in the new glazing. For good measure there is a thin bead of Silicone II around the outer edge of the glazing as well.

I also noticed some water leaking around the thumb lock on the cargo door so I removed that and put a bead of Silicone II around it as well as the back of the nut on the inside. That led to the discovery of some loose "D" seal which needed some extra adhesive behind it. Fortunately neither of these allowed any water into the cargo compartment. The rain has been brutal this spring for sure.....

Well it was yesterday actually but I dropped her off at the dealer for some more warranty work. The led light strip under the kitchen sink stopped working, the stabilizing jacks seem to walk themselves loose (you can actually watch the bolt-head unscrew itself). Oh and to top off the propane as the boys, a couple of our riding partners and I are heading out next Friday for a quick overnighter close by for a bit of motorcycling. We'll be back before Mothers Day so we can show my DW how much we appreciate her!

Installed a new set of Timken bearings. I was not pleased to find out when I pulled the hubs that the EZ Lube had been used. No grease appears to have leaked out but it was sort of a mess to clean up. Last season while it was still under warranty I had the dealer do the annual wheel bearing maintenance and brake inspection. The invoice says they pulled, inspected and re-packed, but it sure looks like it was just EZ Lubed - unless they pulled it apart, inspected, put it back together and then used the EZ Lube to do the re-pack.

Also ran the generator for an hour for monthly maintenance checkup.

been troubleshooting a non working ac unit (original), found out today that it could be because my battery is dead (not original but old and not taken care of properly). hopeful that is the case!

removed the original valves for the gray and black tank, replaced with some smooth operating new ones!!

about to give the ole girl a new set of tires and head off to go camping! once a/c situation is taken care of course.

Finally!!!

Got the cover off on Saturday May 6th! Usually, the middle of April.
Battery reconnected, propane purged, plugged into shore power. Fridge on.

Sunday, vacuumed all the horizontal surfaces! Then got the water going. Flushed out the antifreeze and sanitized. Washed all the sinks and shower. Filled the FW Tank.

Thorough scrubbing of the stove as well.

Fridge is cold. Brought out drinking water. First batch of ice underway.

Just have to reprogram the WDH again. SWMBO decided we are using her Tacoma as the TV again. Somehow my standard cab F350 just isn't enough room for her, the fur baby and me.

MaxxAir Vent on bathroom vent, bug screens on all appliance vents and a battery disconnect switch.
I love the battery disconnect, so easy.
The wife added all the dishes, pots and pans, bedding and bathroom items.
I think we're ready as soon as the weather breaks.
It's been cold here last 10 days.

We continue to visit our new TT each weekend while it is in storage, we bring her home in two weeks to de-winterize, perform a few mods and move all of our belongings in for the inaugural trip during the Memorial Day weekend.

Shampoo carpets, wash floors, touched up some wood scrapes, checked air in tires.

Installed a Progressive Industries hard wired 50 amp EMS. Not much room to work with but managed to find a spot down below near the 50 amp power connection. There was just enough slack to allow me to make a cut and install the unit using the existing wiring running up to the breaker box. You can see in the photo that I had to attach the unit to the wall upside down and at an angle. Hope none of the electricity leaks out.

Installed the display inside the entry door below the main control panel. It can be easily seen from outside with the door open, but won't be flashing numbers in our face while watching TV.

Next project - upgrade to a digital thermostat.

Well my dealer had it ready for me today- super fast service!
That's the good news. They fixed the led strip under the sink. I asked them what the problem was and they said that it was never wired up. Funny it worked for the first 5 months that I've had it. The auto-loosining stabilizing jacks are do to needing me to use blocks underneath so they aren't extended too far. Funny I always block them.

If I didn't need the trailer in a few days I would have left it there.

I also screwed these puppies on all four valve stems. The closest I could get to the 65lb pressure were these 70's. I figure they'll just warn me sooner of a low tire.

I should have done this much sooner

Actually I did this last week, but I wanted to wait a few days to make sure my comments were still accurate. I full time and the dinette chairs that came with my Designer just finally fell far enough apart that they weren't serviceable any longer. For the past 7 years I have tightened up the loose screws, put loc tight on the screw threads, used glue of various types trying to keep these chairs stable. I finally gave up and bought 4 new ones from:
http://www.shop.rvfurniture.com/Full...tm?productId=8.
I ordered the chairs on a Friday afternoon and they showed up approx 10 days later. The company kept me updated on each step of the process and answered any of my emails within hours. They shipped 2 to a wood crate via UPS and all 4 arrived in perfect condition. For the first time in years I sit down and the chair is stable and doesn't creek and wobble. Their size is virtually identical to the OEM chairs, but a lot higher quality.

I do not have any relationship with this company other being a satisfied customer.
