Well today i added the handle and screen protector to screen door. I fixed the queen bed support at the pass thru storage. I placed 24" tv in the storage spot in the cabinet. I tested the antenna and all seems to work fine.

Next up is the bath tub water control/leak issue. I ordered the 6v battery boxes as well.

Got the call today to come pick her up from the dealership...she's all fixed. Unfortunately, I was in far East TX today, so I won't be able to pick her up until tomorrow after work. Just gonna tow her home and get her ready to go camping this weekend!

It's kinda bitter sweet getting it back from the dealership...it means I'm no longer under warranty.

Looks nice. I know what you mean, I’m out of warranty now too but my dealer is still going to do some warranty work next week because they couldn’t get me in before my time was up

Went to pick up trailer for a trip. Break-a-way switch would not engage. This switch was just replaced by the dealer a month ago. Found two different wire connections that we not crimped correctly and had vibrated loose. Thankfully they must have disengaged when I disconnected the trailer last time. Got everything running and ready to leave tomorrow.

Actually I did do something to my Jayco today. I plugged it in to the truck to make sure that the lights and brakes still work correctly. Nothing to do with my trailer necessarily. I've been having horrible electrical problems with my Ram and finally changed got things mostly sorted out. Just wanted to make everything was good.

Dropped her off at the dealer for more warranty work. More water leaks!

Using the black water rinse hose connection I found some water leaking inside on the floor in front of the dinette. Of course the first thing that I think is that I have contaminated yucky water on my floor! Once I put my hair out and came to my senses I figured that the connection on the back of this connection into the trailer must be loose and leaking. I probably did have the hose on high pressure but still.

For the next trip I'm filling the fresh water tanks and water starts dripping from various paths from the underbelly fabric. Really? I'm still able to fill the tanks and go in my trip. But geez.

Sorry to assume here but... I wish the folks who screwed this thing together could do the easy things right and prevent bigger issues down the road. With all of the silly plumbing problems that I've had - that certainly were do to poor design and execution, as well as other various examples of lack of caring (for whatever reason) is disappointing.

I truly did not set off to turn this post into a rant. I love having our trailer. One of my boys and I were happy to take it out this morning. We unhitched then went crawling in and around the new ones. Dreaming of our next one or the ones that would be perfect for our friends.

I just hope that Jayco is seeing what their customers are experiencing. The money that they have to pay to the dealers for silly warranty repairs. And how this adds to their customers overall perceptions. Of course I'm asking rhetorically.

I also believe in our free market system. Equilibrium will, ultimately, find its place here. Brand loyalty is important.

Jeff

Added reading lights over the bed in 23RB

Added two reading lights over the bed in my 23RB. The existing lights shine right in your eyes if you try to read in bed. While I was wiring I added 2 USB charging ports, a 12 power port and a voltage monitor to drivers side of the bed as well.
