I dropped it off at the dealership to begin the process of getting the front cap repainted under warranty.

I don't like not seeing it in my driveway.

Well

DW and I winterized our Jay Flight then I went across the creek and helped my good friend and neighbor wint4rize his Coachman. Ordered our RV shelter that I had been contemplating for months and then the good friend and neighbor from across the creek brought his 8N Ford and leveled the gravel pad the shelter will be placed on. Now the wait begins. Dealer said 6-8 weeks and I know it could be longer. Gets kinda chilly here in the hills middle of January !!

Since we will be going out of town for 2 weeks during Thanksgiving and the weather in North Texas can be screwy, I went ahead and winterized!! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!

I stare wistfully at it. Sitting there under 2 inches of snow, saying "Please take me somewhere, anywhere."

Winterized stuff keeps filling the schedule so looks like January will be the next time out.

Set up my Tough Buddy catalytic heater inside the TT. Set my 20# propane tank outside and routed the propane hose through a window, sealing the crack with foam rubber and taping a sheet of plastic over the exterior to protect the foam rubber from rain. It's going to be down into the low 30's Tuesday morning, and there's no sense wasting propane and battery power by running the furnace to keep warm.

Have fun and be safe. Just leave the Fort in good shape for me. I arrive on 12-19-15 for a week.
