Gotta try it again

One other thing...that wax isn’t the longest lasting. You can get 2-3 months out of it. I never go that long. I use it every time I wash the trailer. 3-4 times a year, I apply liquid wax to the front cap after i clay bar it. I use meguiars ultimate wax for that

What time can I expect you and Tom to be here to install my tank?

The beer is getting colder right now.

Sorry Jack, won’t be back in FL until the end of July when we go to Topsail SP...otherwise, I’d be more than happy to drink your beer!

I don’t have the wherewithal to book camping in Florida 8-9 months in advance like Dan so it’ll be a little while for me to get there! Lol [emoji23]

I don’t know what I’m doing in 11 Days, no way I can figure out 11 months from now.

Spend a few days with my wife and you will!

Seriously, we go every year with the in-laws. My mother in law and father in law rent a cabin and my brother in law and his family rent a cabin...so it’s become a yearly thing for the last 5 years now.

No way I’d use paste wax. I’d still be working on it 8 hours later!!

Ripped out 1/2 the back cabinets, found the lift cables fixed the ones that had twisted and broken the bolts(?) they were attached to. Found the problem, can't get to it. Cleaned 1/4 of the glide tracks for the bed platforms. Almost died from the heat & humidity.

Finally had the LED interior lights replaced under the recall. Also had the annual PA inspection done. Took the dealer less than an hour for everything.

Also, I want to take a second to give a little shout out to Progressive Industries. We had quite a line of thunderstorms come through here last evening with flooding and some very close lightning strikes. I have/had my trailer plugged in to a Progressive Industries SSP-30X surge protector here at the house. One of the lightning strikes hit a tree behind the house last evening and sure enough, fried the surge protector. But, everything in the trailer is safe and sound.

I hate having to replace the surge protector, but it sure beats what could have happened to the trailer. I'll gladly spend the ~$85 for a new one if it works this well again.

Yea, I have a dedicated 30A running off of my box to outside by one of my garage doors. I just got in the habit of plugging the surge protector in and then my trailer when I bring it home. Sure glad I did.

On a side note, we need to move out of here. The weather we have had this year is just beyond imagination.

Took my 2017 327CKTS in for some 'warranty' adjustments on slide(right side) and tank gate(black! ugh). Also having wheel bearings repacked after 2 trips from WI to NM. Hopefully no horror stories will come from this...............

We gave our Melbourne 24L a good external cleaning while in Fairbanks after 4 weeks on the road from Las Vegas. Really needed it!

Installed an eye level toggle switch on front of over-sink cabinet to control the over-sink light. So much easier than fumbling with the switch on the light fixture as many times a day I turn it off & on. A hang down shade in front of this light shields the glare but hides the original switch.
