Since my HTT is all bundled up for winter, DW and I are just picking up a few things we felt we need for our future trips. One of them being my newly arrived Camco Aluminum adjustable step. Got it for $81 Cdn off Amazon.ca, It's a steal IMO compared to what I see out there and the fact CW just advertized it on sale for $114 USD. Last Season we ended up with some significant distance between the bottom step and the ground, so we used a Plastic step...that is until it collapsed on me. Won't have that problem now. PS..It's still a great price for Cdn Campers :-)

Item Description: Camco 43676 Adjustable Height Aluminum Platform Step

Do not get that bike rack. Put it together and loaded 3 kids bikes on it. Got to the CG about 45 miles away and the "arms" were a bit saggy. I guess the weight of 3 bikes was too much for a 4 bike rack. I'm taking it back.

Took a small file and rounded the edges of the cheap keys that go to the outside storage doors on my Whitehawk. I then used graphic lock lube on all my storage door locks. A world of difference! Before they were so hard to get the key in, I was afraid to lock them for fear I would never get them unlocked again. Now, the keys go in and turn easily even in the dark when I have to do it by feel.

Added some extra screws to the dinette wooden rails that holds up the top in the "bed" setup. There's only 2 on each side and 1 broke the other day while I sat on the center cushion to dig out the BBQ.
Really starting to not like the build quality of our Jayco.
