Are you getting these because you can only plug into 15 amp at home?

Yes...sort of (we all can’t be lucky enough to have our own RV pad with 30 Amp power [emoji16])...I have one of those bone dog (??I think that’s what it’s called??) adapters where I can run 2 extension cords and plug in both for a little more juice.

Seems like you could get a 30 amp plug installed for about the same price as two micro air (depending on your homes service panel location)

Well then use the Tesla induction coil to get double the power out of single power.
Example: It means pay for 1500 watt (power company delivery) and use 3000 watt after induction.

Got the rig back from Jayco Service today after 24 days, last warranty work round. They do great work. Got 90% of my issues fixed. Happy to be home again. Even staying with friends for this amount of time can get old.

Trust me..it's something that I wish I could do! I live in a neighborhood that all houses are rear entry (garage in back with a shared alley). HOA prohibits RV's parked in front of house for more than 48 hrs and I would need one heck of an extension cord to reach the street (front of the house) to hook up to the RV. In a nut shell that's why I purchased the micro air...and I only purchased 1 for the main A/C. Six years until I'm eligible to retire and the DW and I have already been talking about moving to the "country" when that happens! Youngest will be a senior in high school when retirement eligibility time rolls around. I'm already tired of paying storage fees!!

Got on my creeper and inspected the length and width of my trailer, something I should have done at PDI but didn't. Actually I didn't find anything out of the ordinary but reading about another member finding a low point hose not protruding through the underbelly reminded me that it's something I should have done during the PDI.

I am in the process of refilling my fresh water tank after emptying it completely a little bit ago with a LOOOOOOONG shower and 3 loads of laundry and finished it off with the bath sink just running until the pump started sucking air.

There was nothing wrong with the fresh water, but it was time to replace it since it is there for emergency use anyway. I change it monthly. Many times I have been in campgrounds after 8 years full time when the water went off. Other campers are all panicking, I just switch a couple of valves and I'm good to go.

On our trip to the East Coast this summer I picked up a roofing nail in my trailer tire.

The leak was slow enough that I didn't have to bring the tire in to be repaired.

Yesterday was repair day. I was able to pull the nail out (head was broken off) and put in a plug. Saved myself $20, not having to bring it somewhere to get repaired.

Now my brand new tire has a plug... Oh well.

My son-in-law and I together replaced the bathroom vent fan with a Maxxair fan. We did it in less than 30 minutes as it was an easy swap. When I bought this RV at Keystone I had them do this swap with the living room fan, it was a new tech and it took him over five hours to do the same job. The old saying you get what you pay for is not always true!

Today, I when thru my brake wiring on a creeper and removed all crimp connections and replaced with soldered wiring and heat shrink tubing. I used a handful of tie wraps to separate and secure wiring. I found so many iffy crimped connections that I can't wait to hook up and see if the brakes are stronger.

While under there, I inspected all the work I had done on the suspension recently , and looked at the gas lines that are routed in the slide harness.

Also returned a TSPS sensor for warranty replacement.

Got her washed on the outside and all cleaned and mopped inside after eight days on the coast. About to tow her back down to our community RV yard until the next trip in September.
