Long but productive day today. Washed the trailer, hand scrubbed the mold off of the awning, fixed a water leak under the kitchen sink, and lubed all of the pivot points on the awning mechanism (still have one side that wants to hang up every once in a while).

Washed and unloaded belly. Need to remove basement wall to look at cables for tv. Last week the bedroom and outside tv quit but living room works fine. Guessing there's a splitter somewhere in the basement.

Got a few things done:
- reattached the strut that holds the basement door open - screws had pulled out of the door
- inspected the roof and discovered that we now have several staples working their way out and about to puncture the rubber. Another repair for the factory when we're out there in March
- gave her a much needed bath

Built a little wall to separate the space under the bed and the pass through.

Installed magnetic strips between the kitchen window and door on our 2019 29MV to hold magnetic spice jars to reclaim more of our drawer space. Crossing my fingers the magnets are strong enough to hold on over bump roads!

Towed it home from the campground, now to get it unloaded and cleaned up. I did notice the rear bunk canvas channel had come off the lip that is supposed to secure it. Guess I'll have to get it into a dealer for repair and see if the warranty is as good as they claim.

Finally getting around to cleaning it out and prepping it for winterizing and covering now that we are back from our last trip of the season. Gray/Black tanks are full with end of season "geo-method" solution including bleach - will drain and flush tomorrow before fully draining the system and adding antifreeze.

Cleaned out all the towels, linens, plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. Then wiped everything down inside real good. Winterize this week, wash exterior, and tow it to inside storage until next April. .

I installed a new thermostat on my Dimplex fireplace. It never has worked properly and after 6 years, I finally got around to replacing it. We will see if it works because it's going down in the high fifties tonight. Maybe I'll get get to check it out then.

Today I filled one propane tank and replaces the hose from the regulator to the tank. I wish I could use copper lines for gas line. The rubber lines do not last. Are they poor quality or just designed to go bad in a short time? I have replaced both hoses in the three years we have had the camp trailer. This is not Jayco's fault, it is whoever makes the hoses.

I also checked water levels in batteries and checked the battery connections. I have 2 battery banks installed. I have a bank of 2-6 volt batteries and another bank of 2-12 volt batteries.

Parked her in storage and put on wheel covers. She’s gonna be there awhile...

Got her emptied out and cleaned, ready to take to the dealer in a couple of weeks for some warranty work, and then back to the factory in March to have the crack repaired.

Dumped the gray/black tanks into the Barker tote and hauled it down to the dump station a few miles from the house in the utility trailer. Finished draining the fresh water system and hot water tank. Just need to pick up a couple gallons of the pink stuff and winterizing will be finished. Then just need a little bit of decent weather so it will dry nicely after the final wash and be ready to cover.

Had the RV shop check the brakes and pack all the bearings. Then, back home, I added a couple of cross braces to further strengthen the bed. Good for one more trip before winter.
