I want to do the same, put single handle ones, easier for the kids. Can you put pretty much use any 4inch/bathroom and 8inch/kitchen? I'm sure the wife is s happy now, looks great!

Brand new member here. My hubby also joined the site. We started our day by driving about an hour or so north of here to go to a RV dealership where we had heard they were holding a big garage sale clearance of RV accessories, etc. Didn't really expect to find too much of what we were looking for but we were pleasantly surprised! We found the awning that we needed to replace the original one on our Jayco Qwest (2003), for only $40.00 including the tube! It's about a foot longer than we needed but will cut it down. Can't complain about the work for that price! The retail price marked on the box is $899.95 CDN. Also got a stinking good deal on a new kitchen faucet with sprayer. It's 8" high, cast so NOT plastic. Came with all the pipes and tubes needed, just like new, but probably an older stock style to be clearing out like that. Regular retail on the box says $298.99 and we paid $20.00. So we have more projects than ever for our trailer. I'm sure my hubby will be on here (we both registered on the site) and I'm sure he will update with pics of his hard work!

New LED's

Installed all new LED bulbs in the new Redhawk. Unit is so much brighter with much reduced draw. Also fashioned new sink cover from a poly cutting board I acquired from Walmart for $11. Cut it to size with my skill saw and a masonry blade. Polished and finished the edges with an orbital sander. Oh, and I also installed a lock on my bumper mounted spare.

Thoroughly scrubbed out the inside after a dusty week in the southwest. Then scrubbed and inspected the roof and washed the outside. Noticed that one of the tank vent caps on the roof did not have a screw holding it in place so scrounged one up. Not sure how it's hung on while rolling down the interstate. I wish I'd been able to get a fresh coat of wax on the front before the last trip - took a bit of effort to get all the bugs off this time....

Re-torqued the wheel lug nuts, adjusted the tire air pressure.

Then, I hooked it up to the truck and pulled it east -- over the Cascades, across the Columbia River, into the town of Moses Lake (where I found a Chinese Buffet and pigged out), and I'm now set for the night at Schrag Safety Rest Area, about 20 miles west of Ritzville, WA on I-90.

Not sure where I'm going tomorrow, other than NOT west. I'll be going either north, south or east. I'll sleep on it and decide tomorrow.

Replaced the seal around our front bunk end of our 23b with material found on Amazon, thanks to some fine people on here saved me a lot of money. Bought the stuff for around 1.00 ft. Jayco wants over 3 bucks a ft.

Continued driving west on I-90 for a few miles, headed north at mile marker 206, on WA-21, then West on WA-28 to Soap Lake, WA. Then onto WA-17 north to Coulee City. Found a WDF place to camp free for 3 days- the Banks Lake Fish Camp, right on the lake, west end of the Dry Falls Dam. Great cell phone reception here, and expansive views. I'll be attempting to climb to the top of the bluff behind me while I'm here. Looks to be around 1000' elevation gain, and pretty steep. Should be fun. Might be able to see the entirety of the lake from way up there.

Glued the center foil cones to my outdoor speakers (they apparently detached over the winter), and hard-wired my after-market LED under-awning lights into the 12v DC at the fridge panel. Also replaced the mech thermostat with a $15 digital from Amazon. Can't wait to get out this year!! (our second season with the hybrid)
