Turning the frig on in preparation for loading it up on Thursday for the start of our trip on Friday. I did all of the de-winterizing stuff but still need to check tire pressures, lug nut torque and a thorough roof inspection.

Today I installed my LevelmatePro, put a screen cover on the water heater, gave the furnace a good run and checked the shelf length for the Wardrobe mod (need to trim...).

Turned the fridge on so I could load it today. Only negative so far in preparation for our trip is that the AcuRite I bought to monitor the fridge temp is only reading the freezer temp. Says the fridge is 74 degrees an the freezer is 0 degrees.

Still problem solving from post #6807- Winegard TV antenna power supply LED not lighting due to a coax short: yesterday I got up on the roof and removed the pedestal and found the 2’ micro coax extension in good shape, not damaged from almost 3 years of fulltiming. So a definite coax short exists somewhere in between. Not sure if Jayco used a continuous coax cable or split it somewhere?

Has anyone had this happen to their rig? Power supply is fine, antenna head is fine. I sincerely hope none of you ever has to face this crazy dilemma. I doubt an indoor antenna (powered or not) would suffice equally.

Washed it, loaded the fridge, loaded the cooler then loaded the truck (pizza oven on back seat), put the cover over bed of wifes truck to keep fire wood dry, reset Acurite refrigerator/freeze temp gauge now its reading accurate. Now its tick tock tick tock until I get off work tomorrow!

Got a deal on 4 cans of "Krown Rust Protection & Lubricant" spray on the weekend at a car show to apply to the frame of our 2013 145RB. There is some light rust showing on sections of the frame. In the next couple of weeks I'll go to storage and take care of it.

I replaced the motor on my Coleman Air conditioner. It was making a nice whining sound. While I was in there, I replaced the Capacitors.

Installed MicroAir soft start to the ac. Took about 45 minutes from pulling out the ladder to sitting down with a cold soda. Next is to install custom built receiver hitch to frame and install a second set of brake/turn/light LED to the rear. I want to make sure any and everyone behind us can see those lights when we have the bike rack and bikes loaded in the back.

Took my 212QB to the dealer for warranty work on the water heater. Just like most it was the circuit board, my 2019 had a part with a 2005 date on it. I received excellent service, pulled up and the guy said talk to Nancy about the warranty, he grabbed his tools and went to work by the time I was done in the office he already tested the old board and was finishing the new install. He said we can hang around wait for it to cycle through to make sure it keeps working and asked if there was anything else I need checked while we waited. He told me all about the problems with the China boards and said this one was made in Canada.

It was a minor issue but the service I got from Trailside RV in Grain Valley lived up to what I have heard from other customers.

I did the final fitting for the wardrobe shelf mod to replace the hanging rod with shelves in the left bed wardrobe. Now to stain and get in place.

Nice looking set up. We might have to check your overall length with those bikes on front

Well lets see. in the last 3 weeks i have been very busy getting my 2018 Greyhawk 29MV ready for a 5 week trip to the Southwest national parks.
- installed a second 13.5k A/C in the rear ceiling hole. (Dometic Brisk II)

- installed a separate 20 amp circuit to power the second unit. Used the existing wiring that was in the Fantastic fan hole to avoid running a new wire through the side of the coach.

- Mounted a surge protected 20 amp receptacle in the power plug bay, fabricated several adapters for the 20 amp plugs and 15 amp extension cords
- installed 2 hard start kits in the existing Coleman and the new Dometic A/C units

- Moved the fantastic fan to the bath room and reran the data cable to relocate the switch to the bathroom
- installed a 3rd shelf in the medicine cabinet in the bath room
-Resealed all the skylights, vents, fan, antenna and coach seams with Eternabond
- Fabricated and installed a spare tire carrier and mounted under rear of coach
-Built a secure platform in the bay closest to the existing battery box and installed second 105 AH AGM battery.
Since I have been doing all the work myself the learning curve has been steep. but I am closing in on the final tasks to complete my mods for the trip.
I will be installing a Hellwig front sway bar, and i need to get it to the Ford dealer for an oil change and service.

Hopefully that's all the mods for a while.
