A couple little things

First time coach owner, making a couple small improvements to help with organization in my 2019 Jayflight 245rlsw. One thing not pictured is two 3m hooks that hold a small wire basket for towels next to the shower!

- made some Velcro tie downs to keep the hose and step ladder in place.
- hooks installed for the fishing pole in the pass thru storage.
- removed the mirror and put up a medicine cabinet that was the same trim color.
- homemade some metal locking battery tie downs, still to paint them.

Great, have a wonderful time there. Sounds like you've got plenty of time to camp in the driveway before then!

Put the first base coat of Meguiars Hybrid Ceramic Wax on my front cap that was just refinished by Jayco/CW last week. Paint job looks great and the ceramic wax really shines! Probably put the second coat on in a few days.

But it was tough for this 73 yo to reach the cap's top with only a 7' stepladder tho. I really had to stretch and the DW had to hold the ladder from tiping as I was on 2nd step from top. I asked her if she would catch me, she said no but she would get out of my way. What a gal of 50 years of marriage. Hahaha

Happy RVing,
Jeff

Installed the new replacement propane pigtail on the tanks. It's a warranty for a defective new one, and YAY...no leak.

Here are some close up pics of the sensor light and how I mounted it. I am sure similar lights could work.

Over the weekend; concluded a just over 2800 mile journey, emptied, cleaned, and put back in storage. Got a check engine light (EVAP system related) that I'll need to troubleshoot, but other than that, it's ready for our next adventure. Got it back in storage in record time this trip...

Took it in to my dealer to replace the iRV 30 radio before the warranty runs out. Gotta give props to the dealer (B&B RV) — after diagnosing the issue last month, they had the replacement radio within two weeks and scheduled the install within a week. Took less than an hour and that was with having to rewrite the harness. I know we all have horror stories but I like to give credit when due.
