You are supposed to pump in grease until you see the old grease come out the front. And only use a hand pump grease gun not an air gun. I did not use as much grease as shown in the how to videos but that's the stated Dexter procedure below.

Removed my triple pane sliding glass shower doors. Going with a shower curtain for now until I make a decision on the Nautilus pocket door. Not sure I want to do more than just a shower curtain. I can't believe how heavy the glass doors were!

Looking at upgrading my toilet to a porcelain bowl next.

Crabman, I viewed that video.........what caught my attention rather quickly was the diagram showing the rear seal was a "spring loaded double lip" seal. Does Dexter use those on their axles? I've seen so many posts stating that they come with single lip seals.

I really could not say. Perhaps another member can chime in with that info.

My 2015 195RB Baja did come with the double-lip spring-loaded seals. However, I haven't found it clearly spelled out in the Dexter documentation unless I'm missing something. I looked at the light duty axle manuals online and they simply recommend to only use a Dexter-approved replacement. Using the Dexter seal P/N I usually find the double-lip spring-loaded seals when searching for replacements. That said, I would think if it was as important as it appears to be that they would make sure it stood out in their manuals.

Installed a dimmer switch for the main ceiling lighting. 8 LEDs were too bright at night. It works so well I ordered another one for the bedroom which has 4 LED's.

That sure would be easier than turning lights off individually to dim it down. Problem is moving the wiring an installin a new switch an runnin the wire from the old down to the new one. For me anyway.

I never had individual switches for those 8 lights, in fact the original switch and this one controls 6 lights in the living area and 2 in the hallway. This was easy and dims all of them at once. I still have lights on three separate switches over the rear sofa and in the slide over the theater seating and dining table. I may eventually get dimmers for those as well.

An ebay seller. Not sure if it's allowed to post ebay links. Just do a search for RV LED dimmer switch. The seller I got this one from was $37.99 shipped, the one I have coming now from a different seller was $34.99.

Is this pretty much plug and play with an existing wall switch? I have one switch that controls several of the LED lights on the living room/hallway/kitchen. They are the lights that each have a switch on the lens to individually turn them off if desired. But that dimmer feature would be nice.
