I took even more stuff apart, cut more panels, drilled more holes, almost had a heat stroke, but I got some 12awg romex ran from under the rig, up in a compartment, across the hidden recesses of the cabinets and almost to it's destination. The inside of my rig looks like a war zone now, or if Godzilla picked up the Home Depot and shook it around a while. What a mess.

Loaded everything back up...leaving the beach tomorrow [emoji22]. Gonna stay the night in Vicksburg, MS tomorrow night before making it back to DFW...maybe I can win some of my money back at the Casino that we spent from the last 10 days!

Finished “Cleanup: The Sequel.” Washed the roof and both sides of the awning with a Dawn solution. Then washed the rest of the trailer, gave the black tank a good backwash and drained the HW tank and lines. Ready for the next outing.

What Did You Do To Your RV TODAY?

Sliced into the linoleum floor today with a razor in 2 spots. Had 2 screws coming up that I was meaning to fix before we left FL...of course I forgot & was reminded when we got to Vicksburg. Screwed them back down & used superglue to put the vinyl back down.

All the stuff from Amazon has arrived!

We are heading down to pick up our first RV in two days, it’s a 7 hour drive and we will be bringing Home a Jayco Eagle 29.5 BHDS!

We are going to stay in Pismo for a couple of days to shake things down and have a few good projects lined up next week.

I am a solar contractor in Northern California that lives off the grid and can’t wait to install a great power system and some other tech upgrades.

Xantrex is sending me an inverter, scp and maybe a couple of other goodies. Discover Battery has the new 12vdc lithium AES battery, I’ll have 4-6 of those letting us get some ac run time.

Look forward to sharing !

Picked the trailer up from storage and brought it home to cool the fridge and get it packed prior to our departure tomorrow for 12 days in the Shawnee National Forest.

Share some of those sweet batteries with me!! LOL

Congrats on the new rig. I am pondering a solar + Lithium system for boondocking and hope you share your insights on your installation!

Cleaned out all the sand from the beach, blew out all the water lines, and gave her a thorough inside cleaning. Unfortunately she's back at storage and we don't have any other trips planned this year...hopefully something will come up!

A couple of minor repairs this week. Replaced a leaking kitchen faucet and reattached an 18" section of our awning lights that came loose during the last trip.
