Dropped it off at the storage facility where they will tuck it away inside until spring.

Winterized it and put it on jack stands till April. Driveway is uneven on the side of the house so the 4x4s level it out and being white makes it easy to see backing up.

Put the cover back on for the winter with the help of my son and two ladders. We are able to get it fully on in about 15 minutes. Plus another 20 for the straps. And no roof walking!

Installed a keyless lock from RVLock.com. Only took about 10 minutes, perfect fit with no problems. Key fob was easy to program and it works great.

Also changed the bulb in the range hood to an LED light...just as bright and no heat. That was after I changed the fan blade to a 6 bladed fan, much better than the 3 bladed stock fan.

All set now for our upcoming trip to Tucson in 3 weeks.

Nice! Any links for the bulb or fan? I assume Amazon?

I bought the light from amazon, had to buy 6, didn’t see a single. It’s an LED, so if you put it in and it doesn’t work, take it out and rotate it 180 degrees and reinstall.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The fan was from Ventline..a reverse 6 blade.

Created "holder" for sewer cap

Kept hearing about sewer caps blowing away in heavy winds. I cut a abs pipe in half and then used a heat gun to shape the piece. Used ABS glue to fasten it to the top of the tank outlet and then put industrial velcro on the top of the piece and on the top of the sewer cap. Now when I take the cap off to connect the sewer hose I fasten the cap with the velcro to the top of the tank outlet.

Had the leaf springs & shackles replaced, wheel bearings repacked, brake wiring double checked and while they were working on it, found the slide had sliced our G614s. So had to purchase 4 of them. Waiting for them to be put on the unit & then we will be leaving.

Filled in the divot from when I dropped my FW off the truck. I didn’t do a very good job coloring the epoxy mixture, so next step is a little paint for that spot. Also, applied some clear furniture bumpers to my kitchen and bedroom slide to pull the wiper seals the correct direction as it extends and retracts. Next is some camping this weekend.

Great mod. I can’t recall if you suggested it or someone else, but thanks to whoever it was. Since I had them, I also put one on on the counter where fridge door swings open and makes contact. Replaced the one that fell off my bathroom counter as well where the pocket door hits. I have a couple left. I think I’ll put one on the fridge where I see a rub spot from an island drawer most likely caused from things flexing as I travel down the road.
