Finally got my mechanic to install shocks to replace the mess made by another "tech"- We had the axles "flipped" to level the 5er while towing but he didn't allow for the new position of the bottum plate and crushed the oe shocks- We won't use that business again!!!- JMHO- DD

... measured the stock battery box. It's going to get replaced by a bigger one. NOCO makes one that holds from group 24 to 27 with a spacer to accomodate whatever size you use. Right now that's Plan A.

Installed the L-brackets, for the Equal-i-zer DW, on the A-frame with new grade-8 bolts.

I bought a lightly used 10K Equal-i-zer last weekend($159). :hihi: Sanded and painted it before installing.

I just finished running my generator for an hour under load which I do every month without fail and then changed the oil/filter. Checked the air filter.

Life is good.

Got mine winterized by the dealer. I thought I might get down to use it again, but with Christmas fast approaching, it won't happen. It cost $80 to have it done. The dealer is across the street from the cg it is stored at. The cg pulls it out and the dealer goes over and winterizes it. They also checked the roof for damage, seams etc. They said all was good! Hopefully will get down in Feb. for a long weekend. By the time I drove down and back(over 500 miles), bought the anti-freeze, paid for a couple on nights at the cg, 80 bucks wasn't bad.

I just had my winter supply of propane delivered to my 150 gallon external tank so I'm good for the winter. It was down to 25% and now it is on 85%. I'm good to go.

Swapped out the water filter cartridge and added an ADCO windshield cover.

I installed a rear view camera on the back of the TH, over the cargo door. Ran the wiring down the interior wall, through the floor and under the trailer, to the A-frame hitch. Have to purchase a couple RCA Video Connectors tomorrow, to complete the job.
