Went to dealer, traded in my 2009 Eagle. Did a PDI on my new 2015 Eagle, winterized it and put it storage until Spring 2015.

Fresh tire covers all around. Finally got rid of the spare tire cover with the dealer logo on it.

Good thing about Florida...

Just coming into prime camping weather. Actually camp all year round. Have never winterized any of my RV's here.

I don't spend my winters in Florida like Ken, but I have never winterized either in over 4 years. But then I live in my Designer full time. I just keep the furnace going when it is below freezing and no freezing problems down as low as 8 degrees F several times last winter.

Replaced the black tank flush handle with a new metal one (yesterday). Old plastic one broke after only 10 months. TerryTown RV Superstore in Grand Rapids, MI (where I bought the TT) gave it to me at NC, since it is still under warranty.

Went up on the roof and inspected the seals. I had a tube of Dicor that was aging on the shelf so I applied it mostly to the front cap joint, but the old sealant looked pretty good.
