Put the tire covers back on and picked the plastic trash cans out from under - remnants of our latest wind-and-rain storm. Checked for leaks - none found. Mindi, our dachshund camper dog, looked longingly at the trailer, then at me, as if to say, "Daddy, when can we go camping again ?"

re: What Did You Do To Your RV TODAY?

Reinstalled the propane tanks and gave it a wash in preparation for the "maiden voyage" on Thursday.

I installed the Fastway Zip Breakaway Cable.

Next, on my list is the Fastway Automatic Jack Foot. Next pay-check, maybe??

Called my dealer today to see about putting a non-ducted ac unit in the bunkhouse using the roof vent. Coleman makes one they state will fit perfect for under $600. I wanted to have it on a separate 20 amp breaker and run the wire/plug to the rear of the TT. They said it would be around $2000! Well, on to the next idea!

re: What Did You Do To Your RV TODAY?

Dismounted dual propane tanks, took and had them filled, and reinstalled (again).

I took the 2-12 volt batteries I have stored in my garage for the winter to my Jayco at the storage facility, installed them and hooked up the electric to charge them, checked for rodent presence (none) and daydreamed about springtime.

That's a sure sign spring is right around the corner. Much more accurate than the groundhog.

I sure hope so, our first weekend camping trip last year was on 3/16, that's not far away. Right now I'd be happy with Camp driveway.

Today we cut the vent out for the stove, sealed it and put it back together, works great, It's hard to believe that our stove wasn't vented already, also we put a grille in our screen door, then had to clean all the mess up from that. We were going to put our Camco vents on but it started raining. Oh well get that next weekend. I can't wait to go out in our baby.

Put the newly received title in our fire safe box, attached the license plate, swept out the dirt that we've tracked in over the past few days, unplugged the power, and covered her up. First "planned" trip is coming up the first week of April. Perhaps we'll get a nice warm weekend between now and then and I'll feel compelled to uncover and take her out!

Changed my generator oil and cleaned the air filters, then sprawled out on the bed and watched some TV (and the blue sky out the window), enjoying the 65 degree breeze blowing in through the open window! It's nice here in SE Arizona!

Took the cover off, leveled it up, and turned the frig on in preparation to go out this coming weekend for our "shake-down" trip with some good friends! Earliest we've ever been out but no snow this winter, no sign of it & forecast is above freezing at night.
