Went out and rezipped the cover that the wind was having its way with and added some extra bungees.

Cleaned the mildew off the awning and gave the outside a wash. Yesterday we ordered a Little Red Campfire and wireless weather station.

Did a couple more mods as we continue to wait for spring, it wasn't bad out today but I see we are already under a "winter storm watch" on Tues and Wed.

re: What Did You Do To Your RV TODAY?

Unzipped the cover and went in to check on things. Hung up a "damp-rid" just in case. Come on spring...

I had a guy to come look at my new camper. So I turned the heat on and after he left. I got the vacuum cleaner out and vacuumed everything out. I was suprised as there was not much saw dust. Unlike my other new units that I have had. So did not take to long. Ready to go so come on warm weather. Calling for more snow here in Iowa Mon.thur Wed. Can't last long I hope.

Just did the screen door handle "mod". No more sliding the panel! It may require more tweaking, but works like a charm for now.

Made a caulk dam to stop shower water from running out onto the floor...we'll test it out in 2 weeks.

Plugged it in to shore power, opened up the slide, fired up the stove. Will be dewinterizing soon if Chekov`s Long Winter ever ends. This storm Saturn was a doozy, rain, wind and tides again.

Today I repaired another day/night shade that had a broken string. I used some twisted nylon string I had on hand to replace the original string. It's not quite as smooth of an action as the original, but it seems to work ok.

re: What Did You Do To Your RV TODAY?

Uncovered, plugged into shore power, installed new foam mattress topper, installed rain spout extensions, put sheets and blankets on beds, and began prepping for upcoming trip (maybe this weekend)!

re: What Did You Do To Your RV TODAY?

Loaded more camping goodies in the TT and cleaned a little. Didn't get to head out today, 2 of the 3 kiddos have ear infections. Cold and breezy isn't the optimum weather to have them out camping in. May have to wait a few more weeks...

Went up to our permanent site at Gillies Lake today. Beautiful blue sky, 4*. Still 2' of snow to melt. Put up a few bird houses. Opened up the trailer and took a peek inside. No visible signs of leaks and no tell tale signs of mice. It was a good day. Six more weeks till our season officially starts.

Today I waded through snow that was up to my waist in order to get into my trailer and get out some cushions for a bridal shower I am having this weekend.. Service manager thought I was crazy.. But he didn't stop me!

What Did You Do To Your Jayco TODAY?

Tested my handy dandy new Craftsman impact wrench and followed up with my handy dandy new Craftsman torque wrench. Busted some lugs off a tire on the camper and torqued them back to spec
