Where did you get the shade string anchor? I have several that are cracked.

This happens to me too whenever I'm within a mile or so of its storage location.

Checked that the Maxx Air II vent covers I installed yesterday right as the rains began last night worked as advertised.

Added this stat. Also wired it into the A/C utilizing a 24v transformer and a couple of pilot relays.
Thanks to who posted this idea earlier.

Played with the X-Chock on the TT. Also cleaned and organized the storage compartment. Wanted to bring it home from storage but will wait until Wednesday morning. Then get it ready for our trip to Kentucky on Friday!!

Made a battery cover out of some left over diamond plate I had. It matches the piece that came on the nose pretty nice. Sorry, no pics of it installed. I'll take some.

Nice box, Rick!

Bought it a shiny new bathroom faucet!

(Now to stop the leaks!)

Bought some bins to put in the cabinets to keep the more orderly; took off the wheel the dealer replaced a faulty stem on because I'm going to take it to a local tire place tomorrow to put in the *right* stem (high pressure); used the wheel change as an excuse to test the spare and teach my boys how to change a tire; finished sorting through the stuff from the old trailer and put it away in the new trailer; put together and tested my new motorcycle chock because we'll be taking the motorcycle with us in a few weeks.

Up for tomorrow: put the wheel back on once the stem is replaced; figure out a way to attach a perforated S&D pipe or maybe a square PVC fence post under the trailer for storing the sewer hose since there's effectively no sewer storage on an Octane (the 18" deep built-in one is a joke).

Took my new cabinet doors off the cabinets, glued, and clamped the joints together. Now waiting on replacements.

Last couple of days I've replaced the cheap OEM bathroom vent fan with a Fa-Tastic fan - what a difference. I also sorted out the basement and got everything ready to leave on Friday (17 days to the mid-west).

Installed a hard wired Progressive EMS HW30C under the frig. Spooked me some to deal with the 120 volt 10 gauge wire but I did remember to shut of the power. lol
Wow, there sure is a whole load of spaghetti wires in there. Jayco does little to no wire management....maybe a few pieces of electrical tape is all. I cleaned it up some but ran out of plastic ties. Still not sure where to mount the remote,
And the really cool part is that it actually works! Am I now an electrician or what? NOT.

Picked it up from storage, adjusted the spring bar hangers, plugged it in, bled the propane lines, fired up the fridge, made first batch of ice, sanitized water lines. More tonight... Getting ready for the next great adventure!!

Mounted the remote for the Progressive EMS I installed yesterday. Love it!
Feel much better about plugging in to the CG pedestal now that I am mostly protected.
Happy RVing,
Jeff
