Removed the manual Tongue Jack and installed a 12 Volt Jack Quick 3500 @ 3650 lbs. Tongue Jack. Great unit for a great price! Next a dual Battery Bank. Its a "Never Ending Song Of Love" to do all the mods to make a home.

Flushed and sanitized all the waterlines. Checked and added air in all tires. Checked all nooks and crannies for wasp nests or dirt dobbers. Got her ready for spring break next week!!!

Cleaned up all the visible wiring and put it in split flex tubing. Now I have more storage and the wiring is better protected and out the way. It's time the RV industry start cleaning up their act. Home builders industry wouldn't get away with things like they do in the RV industry. Just wonder if no one has pride in their work in the RV industry?

Changed my first stage water filter. This is the 1 micron particulate filter. The flow rate had reduced to the point it was noticeable. All is better now.

Canceled our trip this week, as my little one brought home a stomach bug and we all have managed to catch it!

We've been passing a BAD stomach bug around our house for weeks now. My son and I are going through it AGAIN now, this'll be the 3rd time in a month I've had some kind of major digestive issue. That's more times than I've had combined in my whole life.

We had to cancel our last trip of the season because of it the first time it went around our house. My son picked it up from day care; infected the whole house. It's our busy season at work, so after that cancellation, I winterized the trailer and put it to sleep until mid April or early May.

I thought about going to get it from storage just to park it in the driveway for a couple days...

Guess it just wasn't meant to be...Just got a call from the RV dealer and my RV won't be ready tomorrow morning as promised! Only good news is that they told me I can have 25% of anything in their parts dept for my inconvenience. I didn't tell them that we cancelled and we all were sick.

Ordered the LED's, magnetic switches, misc connectors and a Progressive EMS so I have something to do inside the trailer when it comes out of storage in 23 days.

The weather forecast has been for possible large hail. Because I've been slack about getting a cover built for it, I figured the only protection I could provide was to get it under some trees. All the trees had limbs too low for the trailer. So spent two days trimming trees so I could get the TT under them. Just have fingers crossed it wasn't necessary.

I have a 10 ft kayak on my ladder for a year now. Bolted a kayak rack to the ladder and used the straps to hold it in place.

We see them a lot on MH's. What holds the ladder in place other than a few wood screws? I would be very cautious with that. A small limb or a curb could pull the whole thing off ladder and all.

But it works for you. I am having to limit my lifting and it looks like a solution.
