Snaked the commode, lost power in all outlets, micro, etc... (still not on), tried to hook up DTV, but they sent the wrong receiver boxes for our Tripod! Oh, and now we are going to cut up some insulated foam board to put in the bedroom windows, a bit drafty! What a day!

Looked at the weather forecast this morning and found out it was supposed to be 29 tonight and 26 tomorrow night. Thought I better get it winterized. Did a quick winterize, drained the tank, blew the lines out, and poured some pink stuff down the drains. With the wife's help it took about 15 minutes. Plan on filling the tank up again in a couple weeks and going on another local trip, then I'll have to do it over again when we get back which is why I don't put antifreeze in the lines until January when we get into the teens.

Took it camping. Unfortunately we arrived after dark and backed up into a tree. Luckily I only took out the scare light lens.

Put the cover on it last Thursday, ready for winter.
put some dry air in it also, open all the cupboards to air out.

While Thanksgiving dinner was in the oven, I finally got around to installing the TV on a pivoting mount. Since the side of the TV cabinet is very thin luan, I cut a piece of 1/2" plywood to fit between the frame and used the Kreg jig to screw the edges into the cabinet frame. I then bolted the TV mount through the luan and plywood. It seems very sturdy and I'll just have to put a couple hooks somewhere to bungee it closed in transit. Found out this TV I just switched to (was in our home office never being used) actually runs on 12VDC with a converter brick. Hoping I can run it straight off battery power to save some power on the inefficient 12VDC-->115AC-->12VDC conversions when running on the inverter.

Brought her back home after having some repairs, both warranty and self-inflicted, done by the dealer. She now needs a last bath for the season, but that's going to have to wait until the rain stops.

Concerning a gas pressure gauge for propane, I think you are measuring the pressure above the liquid. This will really not tell you how much liquid propane is left in the tank. The pressure of the gas is a function of temperature until the liquid is gone. At least that is what my physics background tells me... There is only one way to tell how much propane is left, and that is the tare weight of the tank.

Gman1372, I told my husband to get propane gauges! Instead he had me order a 120 gal tank for delivery. We wont be moving until later Spring!

WAIT, Skids, really? Ugh...

Made reservations for what is likely to be our last trip of our season. It's at a full-hookup CG, so we will be making the camper as dry as possible and getting a good flush on all the tanks in anticipation of winterizing when we get home for long-term storage.

Perhaps one more trip in January if we can swing it, but I'm not going to take the chance. If we don't make it, it'll be May before we go out again.

Put on my MaxAir II vent cover. Took my 2 new wheel chocks to the trailer since I didn't measure the distance between my two tires and ordered the wrong ones. Amazon has an awesome return policy. Normally they are the least expensive but I will pay more for that type of service. They credited my account as soon as UPS picked up the package.

Brought it home from storage, unhooked, plugged in and got the fridge on. That was all I had the energy for last night. Got lots to do getting ready though, and lots of "other" stuff getting in the way. I might have to just prioritize the list to get the critical things done and worry about the rest "on the fly". It's a short trip this time, so it should be relatively easy.

After a 1 month shakedown on a trip from Michigan to Florida. We parked our 2017 Eagle TT at my brother's house down there and came home for Christmas. We will be heading back down to Florida right after Christmas to spend the rest of the winter there. Best way I know of to keep from having to winterize a trailer.

Replaced my d-rated Marathons with e-rated Kenda Karrier radials. Had the trailer jacked up with a 12 ton bottle jack and was able to do 2 tires at once. One thing I didn't know is that valve stems are also rated for psi. Went to Napa and bought 4 stems rated for 80psi. I wanted the tires balanced as well but the tire guy said when they were on the spin balance machine, it indicated they didn't require any weight. Hmmm.

Put a temperature sending unit in the storage bay to monitor the temp from inside the house. It's freezing outside right now but the belly is at 49F. I keep the heat on 55F all winter, we will use it several times over the winter.

Wiped clean my 4 stabilizer jacks and WD40'ed them. I've found, because of little critters (mice, etc.) trying to get into my cabover, TT, etc. the little guys don't even like the petroleum smell and they have great difficulty climbing the greasy (WD40-treated) stanchions on either the tongue jack or jack supports.

Dropped it off at the dealership yesterday for some warranty work. Having supports added to the heavy kitchen slide, replacing shower door and replacing central vac motor. They'll do the TX State inspection when I return to pick up, as they need it hooked to the TV to complete.

I'm SOOOO ready to go camping!
