What happens after one upgrade?

So we upgraded the camper in May/June. What did we do next? We upgraded the tow vehicle in July. What a difference going from the small Tacoma to the bigger and better equipped F 150.

What happens after one upgrade?

I'm sure the TV upgrade made a big difference. Tacomas are nice, I owned a '03 many years ago and my dad just bought a 2015, but it's not gonna tow like a half ton...

And to answer your question... Now your gonna go bigger on the trailer... lol. Our trailer is not even 18 months old and my wife wants a bigger one. Luckily I have a truck that will pull what ever she decides on...

Nice truck by the way. I like the color and wheels...

I started with a 22 footer and an '03 F-150 with the 4.6L V8. After 1 season of towing there was a '13 EcoBoost in the driveway. The next season the trailer was destroyed by hail and I bought my current 31 footer with the insurance money. My current set up is a great match but I think I'll get a F-350 diesel as my next vehicle, which will likely be in about 8 years from now as I tend to take good care of my vehicles and aim for 10 year service life before selling for a decent buck. At that time the trailer will probably be ready for a trade in, too, and I'll probably end up in a monster 5th wheel. It's an expensive journey to the top!

I have to admit that this was all my wife's idea. I was content w/the 184BH and the Tacoma. My DW decided at the end of last season that she wanted a bigger camper. During our last trip she suggested I look for a a bigger truck. Just yesterday she mentioned that she wished we bought the trk first so that we could have looked at some bigger campers. Something tells me I'll have an F-250 and a 5th wheel in the not-so-distant future.

After suffering with the "should have gone bigger" with a boat, we went big with the trailer right off the bat. If you don't ask each other "are you sure it isn't too big?" you'll probably upgrade quickly.
