I am glad we are not home in Idaho right now. I think I will go out on my Yamaha tomorrow.

We are still at our home base in Reno and it's 24 in the backyard right now and forecasted to go into the teens.
Not leaving for Casa Grande, AZ until Dec 10 and the warm weather.

I have 12" of snow on my back deck in central MI. We cancelled our hunting trip to the upper peninsula last week on account of the 24"-40" snow reports from the area. All before Thanksgiving. Winter is definitely here.
But to be honest, I'd rather have a real winter than one of those cold and rainy ones. At least we can get out the snowmobiles, skis, and ice fishing shanties and enjoy it.

Winter has arrived in Western NY today. We are under a state of emergency and they are saying by the time it stops snowing tomorrow some spots could have over 6 ft. Then Thursday and Friday the lake effect will start again adding even more snow. To make the situation even better Monday they are forecasting temperatures in the 60's and rain, so flooding will be a huge issue. Here is the local news channels website with pictures people have sent in if you care to see the mess we have here.
