Dutch Oven Chicken and Rice

2 cups uncooked white rice
2 cans cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup, condensed
4 Cups water
4 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope onion soup mix
Grated cheddar cheese

Stir together rice, cream soups, and water until we
ll blended in Dutch Oven.
Place chicken over rice mixture and sprinkle with dry soup mix. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees using 10 coals on bottom and 18 on top. Sprinkle desired amount
of cheese over top and let melt before serving. Makes 4 6 servings

Dutch oven brisket.
Large Dutch oven placed on old sheet of tin. 15 coals under and 10 on top. Only add couple to top if needed later on.
One whole brisket, salted and peppered, 2 cans mushroom soup, one whole onion.
Let it cook all day, 10-12'hours,adding coals as needed to bottom to keep simmering. If you can cook you know what to do. Falls apart.
