Large Dutch oven placed on old sheet of tin. 15 coals under and 10 on top. Only add couple to top if needed later on.
One whole brisket, salted and peppered, 2 cans mushroom soup, one whole onion.
Let it cook all day, 10-12'hours,adding coals as needed to bottom to keep simmering. If you can cook you know what to do. Falls apart.
