Easy Breakfast Omlet

This is not my idea but I love to use it...I scramble a couple of eggs in a bowl with either ham, bacon or sausage..Also add some cheese usually swiss and maybe a few scallions cut small...Then I pour it into a ziplock sandwich bag and put in the freezer...When out camping I just put the bag ia a pot of boiling water for 10 or 15 minutes then empty on plate..Perfect omlet no frying or grease or odors in camper...Sometimes I just use a hotplate under the awning instead of inside...

Omlet in a bag works great for groups too. A coulple of years ago we fed nearly 50 people in about 20 minutes. All the trimmings were prepared ahead of time and they each make their own. Two big pots of boiling water (turkey cookers) and all was over in no time. Be sure and get the good freezer bags. Cheap bags just don't work.
