We use the stove top for certain things, ie steaming/boiling vegetables, but haven't used the oven at all. I have a full size 5 burner Char-broil grill at my site. We cook almost everything outside. The DW is a grill master. She can bake, fry, boil, grill on the Char-broil. It's mainly because we don't like the smell of cooking lingering in such a small space, plus we don't want to have to clean it. I use the microwave on occasion to reheat my coffee. That about it.

I love my own Sourdough Bread. Has anyone baked bread?

Are you supposed to turn on the stove vent fan when using the oven? I do so, but wonder if its over kill.

I turn mine on if the oven is on, or the stove. Our vent is almost always open, but I'm not interested in taking any chances on CO in the trailer, so I always run the fan.

I run the fan and slightly open a window. I'm a safety man, belts and suspenders.

We come up with a few meals each trip that require using the oven, and always bring along some chocolate chip cookie dough.

I wouldn't do fish sticks in it, just things we don't mind smelling a bit the next morning.

I also poop in the camper from time to time lol, depends on the amenities at the campspot we're at. If they have great flush toilets, I have no problems stinking up the parks facilities for a bit.

Too bad, I scrolled back to page one to see what the poop was (information, not bodily function), and alas Rod's site appears to be down/no longer available Now I'll never know how to use our oven.

Ah, well back to cooking wienies over the campfire then...

I think it was a reference to another older thread (like this one we're on now) where people were debating if they go number 2 in their campers bathroom. At the time, our camper was *brand new* and I hadn't pooped in it yet lol, people thought I was weird (justifiable I'm sure at this point)

X2 on checking out the campground facilities before using my own. The only floor plan issue I have with the 21QB is the lack of shoulder, hip, and leg room at the toilet.

This past weekend cinnamon rolls in the oven 🤗
